Completed in 1961, the 64-unit residence proudly bears the name “The Joan,” a heartfelt tribute to Blaufeux’s daughter. Its classic design reflects the architectural elegance of the era while offering a timeless charm that endures today. The building shares its lineage with its neighboring “sister” property, The Caroline, also envisioned and constructed by Blaufeux.
